Michele joined the Cruise & Associates team in December 2019 as a Client Service Specialist. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Michele has called Nebraska home since 1990. After spending nearly three decades in Grand Island, she moved to Bellwood in 2019.
Michele brings extensive client service experience from a variety of industries, including medical, insurance, retail, food service, and call center support. Her warm personality and dedication to helping others make her a valued part of the Cruise & Associates team.
In her spare time, Michele enjoys crocheting, relaxing with a cold brew coffee, and doting on her many cats. She and her husband, Craig, have been married since 2001 and have two adult children, Michaela and Sawyer, who both live in Grand Island. They are also proud grandparents to nine energetic grandchildren who keep life full of joy and excitement.
