It All Started in a One-Room Office
In Columbus, Nebraska, Robert F. Cruise launched the firm with a desk, a computer, and a commitment to helping others. Those early years weren’t easy; Rob worked multiple jobs while building a practice focused on accounting and tax returns. But the mission was clear: serve clients with integrity and create a business where people could feel understood and supported.
As the firm grew, so did the needs of the people it served. What started with taxes and accounting expanded into payroll, business controls, and broader support for small to mid-sized businesses. But even as services evolved, the approach stayed the same: listen first, work side-by-side, and build long-term relationships that make a real difference
While the firm has grown and adapted over the years, its foundation remains rooted in the same philosophy Rob started with more than 30 years ago: you can only move forward or backward in business, never stand still.
