Kelly graduated from Northeast Community College in 2009 with a degree in business management and has been part of the Cruise & Associates team since July 2017. She began her career with the firm as a Client Development Specialist and was promoted to Business Development Director in February 2023.
Before joining Cruise & Associates, Kelly spent three years as a Sales Executive in specialty tub sales for nursing homes and assisted living communities, along with more than 20 years in retail management, primarily in the shoe industry.
Kelly is deeply involved in her community and supports numerous charities and committees. She is a founding member and chairperson of the local charity softball tournament, Playing for an Angel, which she has helped lead for the past 13 years. She also serves on the Columbus USBC Board as Vice President and secretary for two bowling leagues at Boulevard Lanes. In addition, Kelly is participating in Leadership Columbus through the Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce.
Kelly lives in Columbus with her significant other, Tom, and their two puppies, Molly and Baxter. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, bowling, traveling, and spending time with family, especially her three grandchildren. She and Tom have competed in national bowling tournaments in Las Vegas, Reno, and Baton Rouge, but their favorite trip together was an Alaskan cruise in 2024
