Diane has been with Cruise & Associates since the merger with Morrow, Davies & Toelle, P.C. in July 2021. She grew up on a farm west of Madison and graduated from Madison High School before earning her public accounting degree from Wayne State College.
After college, Diane worked for a CPA firm in Norfolk for three years before purchasing her own tax practice in 1981. She later joined Morrow, Davies & Toelle, P.C. in 1984 and has spent decades building trusted relationships with clients and her community.
Diane has three children: Matt and his family live in Norfolk, Jessica and her family live in Wisner, and Paul and his family live in Hartington. She currently serves on her church finance committee and a school foundation board. Over the years, she has also served on the boards of Women Empowering Lifeline, the Northeast Community College Foundation, and the Pilger Library.
In her free time, Diane enjoys reading and baking.
