In Columbus Nebraska, Robert F. Cruise launched the firm with a desk, a computer, and a commitment to helping others. Those early years weren't easy; Rob worked multiple jobs while building a practice focused on bookkeeping and tax returns. But the mission was clear: serve clients with integrity and create a business where people could feel understood and supported.

As client needs evolved, Rob established C&A Financial to help individuals and businesses plan for the future through wealth management and investment services. While the firm has grown and adapted over the years, its foundation remains rooted in the same philosophy Rob started with more than 30 years ago: you can only move forward or backward in business—never stand still.
